Introduction

The Nursing Department is under the leadership of director Chen, all colleagues carry out the serving idea and achieve the goal with enthusiasms to favor the people well.

The Nursing Department is dedicated to the promotion and maintenance of health, recovery from illness, and care and support of people who are terminally ill. Nurses assist individuals and families when illness impairs their ability to cope with daily life. Treatment provided by nurses emphasizes a variety of approaches, since the focus is on the physical, psychological, social and spiritual well being of the patient.

The brief introduction of Nursing Department

(1) Idea:
We serve patients with enthusiasms and the spirit of Nightingale, everyone has the fundamental right to maintain the body health, mental health, society health and accept the healthy care. The nursing speciality is -- In the diversified environment ,according to the patient's individual differences, nursing staffs utilize the scientific method , couple with professional knowledge and technical ability, coordinate with doctors / nurses' group and relative, by the continuous and holistic nursing care process to provide patients with high - quality nursing care of whole person ,whole family ,whole team , whole process , whole community-"5 whole", to achieve the final goal of whole people health.

Cooperate with the service idea of TYVH, implement patient's high-quality nursing.

  (a) Offer the holistic and continuous clinic nursing speciality service.
