August 11, 2000: Establish diabetes medical network clinic which is cooperated by Endocrine Metabolism, Family Medicine, Nutrition and Food Service, Nursing and Psychiatric. (Monday to Friday morning.)

Community medical service: medical team is composed of doctors, hospital nurses, medical technicians, dietitians and social workers. Provide medical service for nearby communities regularly.
Community nutrition clinic: invite community members to attend dietetic speech.

Food is very important to the Chinese people. Diet is closely intertwined with daily life, health, and well-being.
The dietitian possesses professional skills. Dietitian laws regulate capable dietitians and establishments. Dietitians must pass national examinations in order to be certified as dietitians.
Dietitians job includes: dietetic consultation, disease care, nutritional education, food control and management. Dietitian is a counselor, therapist, nutrition educator and also a manager.
